Healthcare Terminology

• Understanding of medical terms, anatomy, and procedures
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Familiarity with insurance terms like co-pay, deductible, EOB

Computer & Technical Skills

• Comfortable using medical billing software and EHR systems
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Typing speed and data entry accuracy

Communication & English Language

• Clear verbal and written communication
• Professional email and phone etiquette
• Good English comprehension and grammar
